Warren Buffet
Stock trader? Nope!
Business man? Yes!
Why? He does NOT trade.
How? He gets UNLIMITED money supply from GEICO.
Can we do that? Yes or No. We have to first own a business that gets unlimited money supply --- keyword "unlimited" aka continuous --- this is the hardest part.
My take-away --- get Buffet's mentality; learn his business acumen; trade as a real trader ... if lucky, get a business like Geico, then copy Buffet!
Salute to Buffet --- you are a business genius!

QCOM
Why never hype? Too many insider sells --- guess is that RSU is a heavy part of the executive compensation
(52 - 4) * 5 * 1000 = 240,000
What is this? Here they are ---
52 weeks in a year
4 weeks vacation
5 days a week
$1000 a day
So, 240k is minimum an IT engineer should make in order to justify their investment in education, plus working intensity day in day out, etc.
In reality, how many engineers are compensated in this range, disregard the folks in positions of Director and above.
Is it worth it? Maybe, for the early years. A hard-working experiences in early years would be a very positive life experiences --- to gain first pot of gold, and first hand knowledge of office politics.
One shall never settle in an engineer position. In other words, obtaining an MBA during the first 5 years of engineering job is a must! After that, there are a lot more career paths leading to much more self-satisfactory and handsome financial rewards.

CSCO/ADT/JPM/ORCL
Portion of AAPL's 45% lost were injected into these ones.
CSCO showcased yesterday; JPM more or less shown; ORCL can come in couple weeks at ER; ADT, next ER?
In retrospec, some went into AMD as well. It is very easy to do AMD since it is so cheap.

What is called "Born Rich"?
Check out this guy --- Crown James S
James's Family Tree
Obviously, James is the third generation --- as in Chinese sayings, "it takes 3 generations to create a nobel".
This is an example of how he makes 1 of the millions a year .

What is the difference between High Score and Perfect Score?
This one says it well ---
"高分和满分有本质区别。满分不但要聪明,除了知识过硬外,心理素质的从容自如、应试(处理事情)技巧的细心周到,等等,还需详细全面地融会贯通,干什么都一做就对,给人以满分的上限有无穷想象"

Read when you make money
Quoted ---
"不要被获利的喜悦冲昏了头脑,要知道,天下最难的事就是如何持续获利,一旦赚到钱,你就会希望继续赚到更多的钱,这样一来,你就会忘记风险,你就不会怀疑自己既定交易原则的正确性,这就是导致自我毁灭的原因,因此,你必须时刻保持谨慎,亏钱了要十分谨慎,赚钱了要更加谨慎."

Time to buy ARM
right, this is not from analyst, but from a husband that never actively involved in stock trading.
"Why?"
"My colleague was talking about it."
"What?"
--- This is exactly the reason why a lot of so-called small "traders", if they can be classified as "trader" at all, lose money in the market. They buy, without knowing why to buy and when to exit --- end result is a panic sale at a loss when the stock starts to tumble.

Who said this?
Quoted --- "Everyone has the brainpower to follow the stock market. If you made it through 5th grade math, you can do it." Of course it was the famous "Peter Lynch" :-).
"Mom, I am going to make a lot of money!" 4th grader daughter ran to the kitchen, exclaimed.
" Really? How do you know?" amazed, wondering why she said this ......
" I have a lo tof common sense!!!" Another statement shocked me. "She maybe right ...", I could not stop murmuring while preparing dough for my Shanghai-styled 包子.
Ever since preschool, she has been pretty good at making friends, turning foe into friend, grabbing mommy's attention away from Brother's show --- where did she get all these traits? I am not that good at these kind of stuff. I've got to watch out for her --- she may be a totally different kind of beast than her left-brained brother, a boy placed into one of the nation's top 230 10th grader and under to qualify himself into the 2013 USA Junior Math Olympiad candidates pool.

Does your kid have a pair of Crocs?
Both my children had their crocs, not very pretty looking but kind of handy and comfortable .... though I myself had been rejecting them (really not nice to be on a professional woman's feet :-<).
But they are expanding new lines of products. Besides, summer is supposed to be a good season for Crocs.
Hold on till next quarter ---- if they don't make it this season, they may have some serious problems in their execution.

Do you like shopping at TJMax, Marshalls, etc?
That is right. Every house wife has shopped at one of the stores under TJX. Many shopped many times. For little things, or even clothes. Those are the places a woman will stop by during lunch break; a stay-at-home mom will look for some leisure to stop by and pick up something, relatively cheap priced but usable household items.
I think TJX is a good candiate to keep for LONG, since population is increasing, while household items are consumable which need replacement every now and then.

To-Be or Not-To-Be
Lately, I have been observing those "Insider Tradings" activities for couple companies. The companies ranging from small to big, successful to lousy ones. No matter which type of company, the big guys, aka executives or directors, are making millions of dollars just by the stock grants.
Why would you want to be the little small working class making the check-by-check money? These are nothing compared to those fat spot bonuses.
What skill to learn? To be the big guys!!!
