In --- retail, oil(watch period - 3 weeks)

JOEZ --- a penny stock; may very well make me some cash to buy more pairs even though I have owned couple of them already.

Unlike other brand names, this one has the sizes that fits petite people, which most Asian women/girls are. And these are the ladies that are buying a lot these days --- I started to love it right after I tried it on the first time --- very good quality; and importantly, it makes petites look nice without feeling uncomfortable!

Time to get some? Or it is too high for now? P/E looks okay.

Following 2 reasons I can think of -
     1, the big dividend (4%);
     2, earning is coming out on 03/22 (current price is a punishment from last announcement)
